Dr. Subash Phuyal is a renowned neurointerventionalist based in Nepal. He is the Head of the Intervention Neuro-radiology and Diagnostics Department. His specialties include Vascular and Interventional Radiology, Neurointerventional Surgery, Endovascular Neurosurgery, and Neuroimaging.

Dr. Phuyal completed his post-graduation training in radiology at PGIMER, Chandigarh, and earned his DM in intervention neuroradiology from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), India. He is a pioneer in his field, having initiated the mechanical thrombectomy program in Nepal for stroke patients with large vessel occlusion.

In just 18 months, Dr. Phuyal has performed more than 200 diagnostic and therapeutic cases of neurointervention. His work has been recognized both nationally and internationally, with numerous publications to his name. He has also given talks and lectures related to endovascular therapy at many reputable national and international conferences.
